By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information.

3. User Obligations

• You shall use the Service solely for lawful agricultural and business purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate livestock records, including but not limited to health records, breeding logs, and financial data.
• You shall not use the Service to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing is detailed on our website and may be updated with prior notice.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are the exclusive property of Amanfrom Group, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
• You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

• Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
• You retain ownership of data you input into the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process such data solely to provide and improve the Service.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amanfrom Group, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
